So much fun and things to do were done by big and small!
The JOY of Trimming the tree
The JOY of doing crafts and projects
and knowing you can accomplish them
The JOY of waiting for Santa to come
On his BIG, RED, "Sleigh"
and checking out the candy that was given
The JOY of going "home" and being with family warm and dear
there were some joking times, some silly times, some spiritual times, some talking times, some laughing times, and other times, but they were all BONDING times!
The JOY of playing and listening to music
The JOY of visiting with childhood friends
The JOY of shooting hoops with Dad
The JOY of seeing the Mesa LDS temple grounds shine with sparkling light and color
The JOY of Christmas morning
And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. For there you see we enjoyed the season, of peace, JOY, and love,
2011 has ended, and a new year has just begun,
As we look toward our future, and forward to the fun,
We shall count our many blessings, that have been showered from Above!
