"All Things Bright and Beautiful"

It is great when you can look out into your backyard anytime of day and witness the beautiful creations that Heavenly Father has given us. At the breakfast table, the stillness of the morning with the many variety of birds singing their morning wake up songs, help you to ponder and be at peace before the rush of the day begins. During the afternoon, looking out the windows to see the trees and plants blowing in the spring/summer wind, helping you to take a breather for a second so you can get back to the normal swing of things inside. The evening hours brings in the shade and a chance to see other animals as well as the birds, so you can relax from your day and watch nature in progress.
We have had many times now to go throughout our day and witness these heavenly creations. Sunday was one such day, as we saw birds fly, plants move, and rabbits eat. Yes, rabbits! We had two cute rabbits visit us for a few hours. It was pretty fun to watch them eat, and hop around. We (Dean) even named them Wally and Marty (Can you guess where those names came from?) We love our nature view and hope to see these amazing creations far into the future.

Do As I'm Doing

We thought this scene was pretty cute. Edie was trying out the Lawn mower for the first time with Dean teaching in the background. The boys thought that this was so fun and started following, looking like little baby ducks following their parent, learning as they waddle behind.
Dean was helping Edie understand the mowing ways, but in turn teaching Connor and Bryce the joys of working. These are the family moments that truly bring us together.
